Hi, Recently i have been on a low budget as i wanted to build a pc only for myself but now my dad said to create 1 pc for my brothers so that we can all use 1 pc and most of the work done on it will be gaming (cod4, csgo, dota 2) very low end graphic animation (like making frags) and a little bit of net surfing (research) etc. Things that i have chosen so far are :

1.Asus H61M-E Motherboard

2.Kingston DDR-3 KVR16N11/8 8GB (1600 Mhz Desktop/Laptop) [Does this "desktop/laptop" effect anything?]

3.Thermaltake Smart SPS-530M 530W ATX 12V 2.3 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply

4.Sapphire Radeon HD 7970 Dual-X OC Edition 3GB 384bit ddr5 (does an oc edition graphic card effect its life?)

5.Generic Hard Disk Drive 500GB SATA Desktop Hard Drive

6.

I didnt want to create a very expensive buld cos my dad said that 1000$ pc was fine but i think that the things i wanna do and the rest of my brothers wanna do wont really take a really expensive pc to do so i set my mind to a 500$ or 600$ pc build so i wanted to ask how long could this build hold and if i play high end games on it (like metro last light or gta v on low) would it lessen its life? and i will upgrade cpu an gpu in the 2 years. And Can i play cod4 or csgo on high? If yes then how many fps can i get? (I am not sure whether i would be able to buy an ssd or not.) Thank You.

I would not buy new using old tech.
Used, you might do ok.

With your budget, I suggest:
I3-6100
any lga1151 motherboard.
2 x 4gb DDR4 speed does not matter.
240gb ssd. I like Samsung evo.
Any cheap case that holds the motherboard. M-ATX motherboards are likely to be cheaper.
Buy a quality psu, tier 1 or 2 if you can.
Thermaltake quality is iffy.

Look to Seasonic for quality. 500-600 w is fine.

For graphics, go with current tech from either amd RX480 or Nvidia GTX960, GTX970, GTX1060.
