It is an assembled PC

I bought OS and everything individually

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit Build 10586
RAM; Hyperx Fury 20 GB (Two 8GB sticks and 1 4GB Stick)
CPU: i7-4790K @ 4.0 GHz (Not overclocked)
GPU: GTX 960 4GB MSI Armor 4GB OC Edition
HDD: Segate Barracuda 512GB
PSU: Cooler Master B700 v2 700 Watts

Let me know if you need any other detail

You guys are my only hope.

Try removing the 4GB Ram stick. Most computers work best with matched "pairs" of RAM. Did this computer ever boot? Or is it a new build that you are trying to boot for the first time? Also, after removing the 4GB stick, make sure the two 8GB sticks are in the slots recommended by your motherboard's manual.

It is ECS B85H3-M v1.0

Well.. My PC is booting fine now

I'm currently using 1 stick of 8GB Ram

without GPU.

I'll try another stick 8GB and not use that 4GB stick

I'll keep you updated

Well, that is some progress! You may want to download Memtest86, and save it to a flash drive. Then go into your BIOS and set the USB flash drive as the first boot device. Run Memtest86 for an hour or so with one stick of 8GB installed in the slot specified for using only one stick per the motherboard manual. Then remove that stick and insert the other 8GB stick and run Memtest86 on that one. If both check out fine, install them both in the proper slots and see if it boots. If good, re-install the GPU and see how that goes.

I'm going to assume that you have an X99 based motherboard? Regardless, most motherboards with that socket have dual channel DIMM slots. That means that having an odd number of sticks may cause an error within the memory controller. Please place the two 8GB sticks in the same colored slots. Try booting. Then try putting the 4GB stick in the other color slot. Try booting. Try moving the 4GB stick to the other slot. Try booting.

If you get it working with all RAM installed, then insert the GPU and attempt to boot again.

Colours?

I have 2 Dark Grey and 2 Whites

I'll use 2x8 GB Ram in Dark Grey..

Will that be ok?

Yes,try that. If it yields problems then try it the other way around.

Each color is a channel, that means that you can only have one type of stick in each color.

If you mix memory in the same channel, the memory controller will crash.

Again the booting issue with 2x8

But when I use them individually.. They work Fine

So the RAM is not defected

What now?

They work fine individually

Here's what I did:-

* Double checked the wires of my PSU to my Motherboard if they are well connected
* Removed all the three sticks of RAM
* Removed all the additional components of my computer (Includes Graphics Card and the additional sickleflow fans)
* Booted the Computer with only one stick of 8GB 1866MHz RAM
* It worked well, so I tried booting the computer with one more stick of RAM (8GB 1866MHz of course) but my computer failed to load so I installed them in different sockets (one in dark grey and one in white)
* This time it worked well.. so I used another stick of RAM (4GB)
* The computer booted without any issues.
* Finally I reinstalled all my additional components..

This is how I managed to solve my problem.

So it was basically a RAM issue.

I hope this could be useful for people who face problems similar to this.

Glad you got it working. But if you are running the 8GB sticks of RAM in two different colored slots (i.e. memory channels), then you are not running in Dual-Channel mode. Maybe that won't matter to you, but you should see a slight performance increase in Dual-Channel mode.
