Performance-wise, i believe the Cryorig has more potential since it only has 1x 140mm fan. If u invest another $17 for dual-fan push-pull config - you'll probably get a really high-end cpu cooler. However, if you plan on doing a one time investment, the Phantek already comes with 2x 120mm fans, which some may say is more audible.

Personally I have the Cryorig, and after doing a lot of extensive research before I bought it, I would confidently swing with Cryorig.

I can't find any roundups that contain both, and it doesn't look like Phanteks sends out very many samples for review. Based on raw stats I would say the Cryorig is going to be a lot quieter with its 140mm fan. Phanteks gets you a pair of 120mm fans though, so performance might lean that way with the higher air flow rates available.
