So I am experiencing extremely long loading screens on GTA (20-30minutes) It loaded properly in about 3 minutes before... But now it takes so long.. It still works but I'm not going to wait 20 minutes just to play for a while...
When I kept it on window mode and opened the task manage just to check what was wrong.. The Memory use is just increasing slowly it needs around 1.5GB for the game to come on..it starts at 585mb and then just slowly progresses to 1.5 in pretty sure this is the problem but I don't know how to fix it.. Please help

Intel Xeon 3.16Ghz Core 2 Quad
SAPPHIRE NITRO r7 360 2GB GDDR5
5GB Ram DDR2
Hp 2820h motherboard
Win7 64-bit
550w PSU
