This is the spec's of the Pc, Idk if I should wait for 980ti Amp Extreme price to significantly drop or get the 1070. Also if the CPU is overkill. I will be building this computer in a later date so dont know if Rx 480 dual would be better since SLI isnt reliable but if someone can give me a summary of what would be better that would be great.

It all depends on how much you want to spend but the cpu is a bit over kill try somthing like this http://pcpartpicker.com/list/ffrxGf. If you have the money get the 1070 it is much more powerful than the 980ti.
