Best budget AMD cpu for the GTX 960? (100$)

Hey there,
So I was wondering, if there is a good 100$ cpu which wouldnt bottleneck gpu and vice versa.
I currently have an Asus Gtx 960 2GB OC and athlon x4 740. I was wondering to upgrade my cpu to athlon 880k, but will i be enough, and will it bring a good balance?

Best cpu for that board would be the AMD A10-7890K from the boards cpu support list. Make sure that you update the bios before upgrade to insure that you bios revision supports that chip. You need bios version 2501 or newer.

The AMD AthlonX4 880K is also supported but is 0.1ghz slower than the A10 7890k. 880K also needs bios version 2501 or newer.

Both chips should be fine with you gtx 960, but in cpu intensive games will bog down a bit.

I just needed it to know if it could support FM2+ which is the case, however it looks quite weak in the VRMs, I just wish that it doesn't become an issue with the 880k, also even with that processor it may not be enough for the videocard, so expect some bottleneck, obviously that depends on the game.
