So the MSI GTX 1070 gaming x and the VEGA gtx 1070 SUPER CLOCKED are sold at the same price and they are both amazing cards. I'm considering to buy one of them, the msi card Has a custom pcb and better power delivery, but the evga card gives a higher factory clock and uses the reference pcb. Which one should I get?

The MSI is better in my opinion. However, I would get the STRIX Asus 1070 or Gigabyte G1 1070. They have bigger 3 fan coolers for more OC.
Actually the EVGA SC seems a better quality build (not made of plastic) and would overclock almost the same as every gtx 1070 and 1080. Some report event point out that reference board with 8 pin power input overclock a little bit higher for less power.
So I would say go with the cheapest. For me, the gaming X is actually 50$ more here in Canada, so MSI have been excluded quite easily.
