Is this looking good or should i spend money more evenly to get quality of everything?

spend more on the power supply that is a tier 4 PSU, which put simply means do not use it.

this list has the PSU listed by tiers, tier 1 or 2 and you and your PC will be happy. Tier 3 if the budget is the main concern, tier 4 and 5 do not use if you have a choice in the matter at all.
the PSU is the only problem I could see. I assume you have a case already.
