So i had purchased a case and a PSU, (Cosair VS550)
because the CPU and the motherboard haven't arrived yet,
then my dad told me to test my PSU, so I connected the power supply,
and turned it on. Nothing happens, the fan isn't spinning at all, I tried to turn it on and off
and still nothing happens. Because the PSU haven't connected to anything yet, so is this normal?
