To start off, I have gotten my build up and running.
Unfortunately, not too it's fullest power and that is why I'm here.
I am trying to run my build for video editing purposes.

I have 2 8-core processors on a server MB.
At the time, I was having many BSODs because of the fact that Windows did not want to run anymore than 2 cores(total).
I finally disabled all of them but 2, so I could at least use the build.
But I am back here because I want to find out the problem as to why it won't let me run 16 cores.
I have tried every Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows Server(2008 & 2016) and still, it just throws up a BSOD if I run more than 2 cores on any of them.

Here are my specs if you could kindly help me out:

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

CPU: 2xIntel Xeon E5 2670 @ 2.60GHz
Sandy Bridge-EP/EX 32nm Technology

RAM: 64.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 803MHz (11-11-11-28)

Motherboard: ASUS Z9PE-D8 WS (Socket-R 2011)

GPU: 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 (EVGA)

Storage: 1TB Seagate ST1000DM003-1SB10C (SATA)
128GB Samsung SSD 850 PRO (SSD)

- make sure your motherboard bios is up to date
- make sure your motherboard drivers are updated
- change the memory dump type from minidump to kernel memory dump

then provide the memory dumps and a current kernel dump if you can get one.
the minidumps will be located at c:\windows\minidump directory
the kernel dump will be at c:\windows\memory.dmp (when you get one)

for a problem like this you most likely will need a kernel memory dump to see the USB and PNP logs and proper debug info.

Sorry for the late reply! I tried to get the memory dumps and I had it crash on me 4 times, with 3 different blue screens. And alas, there were no memory dumps.

The 3 blues screens were:
Bad object header
Reference by pointer
Page fault in a nonpaged area

It goes in that order every time it crashes. It does the first, then restarts, then the second, then restarts, then the third and so on.
It will only go to the ASUS screen, load, then crash. I'm so lost.
