When i tried to download anything it will says insufficient memory but i have a lot of spaces sometimes it warns me "Internal storage running out" when i check the storage settings the internal storage bar is almost full of the green , green is for apps but the apps is only 900MB i have 8GB total spaces and it says i have 6GB of free spaces...I've tried formatting , clear cache and move apps to Phone storage but i still can't use the remaining spaces

Solution
/mnt/asec is used for apps that you moved to external SD card and so /mnt/secure and also /mnt/obb is used to store large data on your card. If you ignore these and sum up the size of all other paritions EXCEPT /storage/sdcard0 you will get roughly 2.3 GB of storage. Now the /storage/sdcard0 is your SPACE where you can keep your songs, pics and all installed apps etc and this is 1.6GB, if you add this to 2.3 you will get your total internal storage (real one) and its roughly equal to 4GB that is what I suspected and wanted to clarify.

1.6GB is for your all needs, thats why with 900MB of apps and your other data you was receiving Internal storage running out error. You had 4GB of storage but your system is FAKED to show you got 8GB of...

I think you need to delete cache memory that is somehow making your phone thing that apps are taking most of memory. If you dont know how to do that tell me your phone model so I can guide you step by step

Not sure what phone it is. So I am assuming its Chinese phone.
1. Turn off your phone
2. Hold the volume DOWN and power button until the recovery menu appears

In this menu you navigate up and down by volume button and select by power button

3. If it shows 2 options, Recovery Mode or Factory Mode, select recovery mode. If it doesn't good see next step.

4. At Recovery mode menu, select "Wipe Cache partition"

5. Reboot your device, it may take longer than usual because this method clears system cache as well and everything should be fine I guess. Do this and tell me the results.

There's no option for Recovery mode or Wipe Cache partition

But when i do that it will just show Factory mode menu it has:
Auto Test
Manual Test
Item Test
Test Report
Debug Test
Clear eMMC
Version
Reboot

If you cant uninstall it, check if it is listed in Settings -> Security - Device administration
If it is uncheck it, if not look for ny suspicious apps.
If there is nothing wrong see if disabling and clearing data of Twitter helps if no then there are two options for you:
1. Root and proceed further. Root is basically access to all your system. With that you can remove twitter because you have access to everything. and I think you might solve memory issue with root access.
2. Factory reset your phone. You will lose all data so copy everything to PC. But this doesn't move contacts so you need to back them up as well. Reset might get rid of memory problem but Twitter won't be deleted if it is system app.

And by the way it doesn't appears in Google Play Store probably means it is not the official app - suspicious app. Did you got this phone new one or used?

It's not listed on Device administration clear the data and disabling twitter doesn't change anything
1. How do you root?
2. I've done factory reset twice already and nothing changed

My dad bought this phone a month ago and it has a lot of problem since my dad bought them

I was out of city..

What is your phone company. I have never seen any other problem like yours.

You said your phone is using Android 5.1. Lollipop is light themed but in your screenshots its all dark themed UI. So first let us see if it is real 5.1 or not because your phone's theme is similar to that of 4.4 kitkat.

Go to settings -> Application manager -> All apps
here find "Android system" click on it and there is a version shown below its name. What is it?

Damn doesn't looks fine here! Here is why.

If android version is EXACT 5.1, it never shows zero as in your device it is 5.1.0

Also your build number shows that ROM is KITKAT and NOT LOLLIPOP, this is what I said above because theme is not from Lollipop but from Kikat. I suspect its a fake device or with firmware completely changed.

To clear this up, follow my instructions that I posted above to find android version from all apps. (From About Device its piece of cake to fake it up)

Then to clear whats under the hood, install CPU-Z app from playstore and show me screenshot of its main screen
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cpuid.cpu_z&hl=en

.
To clear your real storage space (just to make sure its real in settings) install this app called SD Insight, select MMC Card from top and tell me what "Size" it shows
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.humanlogic.sdi&hl=en
