Sorry if this is in the wrong category, I wasn't sure where to put this.
Recently I noticed that I've been getting a single screen tear across my monitor. I say static because it does not move position and is the only tear on the screen. It is there regardless of what video port I use or what monitor, and if you change ports it usually moves to a different place on the screen.
My system specs are:
AMD FX-8350
R9-280x
16gb ram
I've tried updating my graphics driver but it didn't solve the problem. I've also tried changing the refresh rates in my graphics settings but that didn't do anything either.
