i have only 60 Hz monitor. so i use crimson driver to limit fps to 60 and for my nvidia card i use evga precision x to limit my fps target to 60 fps also.
does that means i lowering the performance load of my gpu if whenever my card can go beyond 60 fps but i limit the fps just only 60 fps.
