i have tried reformatting my old laptop but it keeps on restarting after several minutes of OS installation..then, i have tried using Hirens and the laptop worked; have thought that formatting all the drives (C and D) while using Hirens for me to install a new and clean OS and that when the problem came out..a message prompts, NTLDR is missing...
can you help me sir?
