Hi

I have 650$ budget max. I need pc for 3ds max and Photoshop. Some gaming.

Should I buy i7 6700, which is more expensive and wait with gpu
or buy cheaper Xeon E3 - 1245 v.3 and use the saved money and buy gpu now?

I do not play to overclock.

personally I would save the money and get the Xeon E3 1245 v3 there is no point buying an I7-6700 if you are unable to afford a GPU to pair it with
