Problems with new Graphics Card

Hello everybody! I just bought an ASUS GTX 750ti to replace may old GT210.The problem is that the PC would work fir a few minutes and the just crash and try to restart.I think my PSU might Be the problem

I think your PSU is most likely the problem as it's a poor make, just because it says 420W doesn't mean it is 420W, poor PSUs often only deliver half their rated power. The 750Ti is usually very good at running on just about any PSU due to it's low power draw.....looks like yours was just too poor.
