Guys a little question, I'm trying to build a pc on a budget (600 $) I have only the hdd and the case, I'm thinking of buying: CPU: i5-4460 3.2ghz , GPU: gigabyte r380 4gb vram , Mobo: MSI Intel Z97 LGA 1150 DDR3 USB 3.1 ATX Motherboard (Z97 PC Mate)
Psu: evga supernova 750w B2
+ 4x2 ram, I'm thinking maybe the PSU is a little too strong, since you guys have been my font of knowledge for my maniac googling on the subject, I decided to ask directly :p.
What do you guys think? Can I improve it with little money?

Solution
Yes, a ~550w PSU is what you need.
you also don't need Z97 MB for non K cpu.
And than the GPU.
You have RX 480 and GTX 1060 for 200-300$ range.
Not to mention that GTX 970 will be selling well below 200 in a couple of weeks ;)

I switched the psu for a corsair cx600 bronze certified 20$ cheaper (600w), now I only have 20$ left to spare lol :p , budget wise the sapphire r9 380 costs here around 220$ so I'm planning to go for this one instead, the rx480 is around 300-350$ so I cant afford it :(

CX is not the best option.
any of below is way better
