What is the best cooler that fits Fractal Design Nano S and will be able to get nice tepms on 4.6ghz overclocked 6700K under 100$? Thanks

I haven't checked all the in-depth specs but I think the NZXT. Check the CFM ratings and if you want a quiet unit with adjustable fan control then its the NZXT.

Here is an example of what you need :

That is the NZXT KRAKEN X31 AIO water cooler and would fit seamlessly into your case.
Air cooling as described is OK, but for the higher OCs this is the way to go.
I think around $75 and has fan controller.

I'm pretty sure the Noctua NH-D15 is the best cooler under 100$ as of today's prices (that is under 40db). It even gives my 160$ swiftech 220x2 a run but loses by about 3-4C. Them cheap AIO's are not about pure performance. So if your looking for straight performance then I would go with the NH-D15.

or you can go with the CRYORIG R1 Ultimate that is about 1C better under load but has higher db.

To beat the top aircoolers with a AIO you would need to get in the 240/280mm rad range and unless you get a black Friday sale I do not see you getting that for under 100$

The problem I've found with big air coolers (like NH-D15) is thatthey don't really fit windowed Nano S. At firts, I was planning to go with be quiet Dark Rock 3, but despite being 160mm in height, it doesn't fit the case bacause of it's fan.

What would be a good water option? I like those:
Corsair H60 (enough?)
Corsair H80i
Corsair H90
NZXT x31 (how good temps would it deliever?)
NZXT x41

One thing is for sure AIO water cooling is better than air and how good it performs depends on the OC and extraction fans you have. The Corsair H90 is also a good unit but no fan control. H60 not good enough.

Most AIO's are not better then Air until you start getting over the 100$ range. Only reason to get a sub100$ AIO is form factor/low air flow or If a low profile heatsink will not work.

Thanks! I've just noticed a video on youtube of dude overclocking i5 6600K to 4.8ghz with X31 at more than 1.4V and getting around 50C after cinebench. So I guess it's X31 vs X41; is x41 worth the extra?

I'd like to mount the radiator to the front of the case and bigger radiators will prevent me from mounting longer (triple fan) graphics cards, so I might just go with x31 since it cools fine, is cheap and allows me to mount longer Graphics card.

The X41 has 42.4-106.1 CFM and Nano Bearing
The X31 has 81.32 CFM (max.) and Hydro Dynamic Bearing.
The X41 is best and worth the extra. imho.
