Computer turns off by itself (then reboots)

Hello, so the problem I'm having is that my pc turns off without any notice by itself, sometimes it reboots automatically, sometimes it starts trying to boot but then restarts (video of it) I have to turn off and on the PSU and then it boot properly. I have done the windows memory check.

please let me know how could I do to know what is happening, here is my setup and the video:

GPU: GeForcer GTX 980 ti (matrix)
CPU: core i7 5930K at 3.5 GHZ
Memory: 16.00 GB Hyper X predator
Current resolution: 2560*1080, 144hz
gpu driver: 365.19
OS: windows 10 pro.
Motherboard: MSI X99 - SLI Plus
HD: Samsung EVO 850 SSD 500GB (2 of them running in raid 0)
PSU: Corsair AX 1200W 80plus platinum

another sdd or hdd in the system with os also the psu do you always have to power it up from the switch ,leave it on and unplug ths case power connector then momentary short the 2 pins on the board and see if system will start and stay on .

I can power it up from the switch, or shortening, or there is a button on the motherboard, it turns on fine, only when does the error I have to turn off the switch to stop the boot loop when trying to boot up

I have checked for that, I don't see anything that could be causing a short.. you think that might be the cause? a short or the SSD?

I'm actually in the process of testing another psu, I bought this morning a corsair VS550 and it has been doing great since, I would like to test a bit more, cause the shutdowns were erratic and sometimes I had an entire day without them, but I'm going towards the PSU being the problem. I'll test is a day or two more and I'll update
