-My PC is an HP Pavilion Slimline s5-1260: http://tinyurl.com/j3htlwq
-It has an Intel Core i3 2120 and Radeon HD 7450 Graphics card, and the power supply is 270 Watts. The only thing I really upgraded so far is that I added a RAM (nnow it's 2x4GB.) I really don't know what to upgrade. PLS HELP
