PC build, is this build good and should i buy it?

Solution
Not bad, but there is some room for improvement. I would recommend a board that supports SLI, and get a better cooler. The cryorig H7 is a much better option. Changing the ram to something that will better clear the heatsink fan. Changed the SSD to a 256gb M.2 model, for a little less money. Less cabling, means better airflow. PSU choice wasn't bad, but I changed it too, to allow some headroom for potential SLI, with overclocking. Even came out a bit cheaper, in the long run.

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($238.99 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($43.53 @ Amazon)

Thanks for the answers !

Are the stock fans in the case sufficient for these builds if your not planning on overclocking?

And is there a difference between these aftermarket gtx 1070's from geforce or msi ?
