My specs:
CPU: i5-6500 3.2Ghz
MOBO: Asus h110m-a
RAM: 8GB ddr4
PSU: Corsair VS550
GPU: Asus R7 360

I've built the pc just now, I've checked everything and every ports are plugged in the correct way.
I've installed the mobo's driver, but when I try to install gpu's driver, it shows an error message.
So here are the problems I got:
Without the video card, I can use keyboard and mouse and USB drive.
With the video card, I can't even use keyboard and mouse.

What should I do now? if it only was the gpu driver's problem then why I still can't use USB drive without the gpu? I need help.

Thanks.

If things are as you say they point towards a faulty mobo, if it is a failure. When you don't have the gpu installed is every port functional (usb,ps/2, hdmi) ? Is the gpu installed on the upper the pci (closest to cpu) ? I'd start by trying a different gpu just to eliminate that factor. But i think it is a mobo problem.
