Parts:
Motherboard MSI H81I Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard
CPU Intel Pentium G3258 3.2GHz Dual-Core Processor
Memory Patriot Signature 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory
HDD Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
GPU Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 1GB Video Card
PSU EVGA 430W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply

Fresh build. When I turn on the power without RAM, I get no audible beeps. When I turn on the power with RAM, I get 3 long beeps, which I believe signifies faulty RAM. I just took this RAM out of a working build to put into this new one, so I can't imagine it is somehow broken, and as far as I can tell this RAM should work with the motherboard, as it is DDR3 1333 / 240 pin. Any suggestions?

Sidenote, when power is pushed, LED flashes for a second, then shuts off. CPU fan stutters a little before constant movement.

Also, PCPart Picker says this: "Some Intel H81 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Haswell Refresh CPUs." but I'm not sure if that actually is problematic or not.

Would really appreciate the help!

Added the CPU for good measure. No bent pins as far as I can tell.

It could be that, but "Fresh build. When I turn on the power without RAM, I get no audible beeps. When I turn on the power with RAM, I get 3 long beeps, which I believe signifies faulty RAM. together with

"I got three beeps this time, which didn't happen last time I had no RAM in."
and
"Sidenote, when power is pushed, LED flashes for a second, then shuts off"

pointed to different one.

However,
Glad you've fixed it.
