The HP z600 has a 650w 80 Plus PSU, so you should be able to install a decent GPU. The 75watt is the limitation on the power that the PCIe slot can provide, not the PC/PSU. Your PSU should have a power connector to provide extra power for a larger GPU. Larger GPUs get most of their power directly from the PSU and not from the MB and PCIe slots.

If you do not want to buy used I would suggest this https://gear-up.me/graphics-card/gaming-graphics-cards/asus-oc-gtx750ti-2gd5.html as the performance is WAY better than either the r9-350 or the gt740.

Where are you based Hassan, normally if people ask me about budget graphics cards and they mention anything in the sub-$100 range I tell them to try and buy used. If that is possible for you it is what I would recommend. Take your budget, be it $80, $90, $110, and check what you can purchase with the same amount if you bought a used GPU.

Well i have an hp z600 workstation and it supports 2 gpu's each 75watt or 1 gpu 150 watt so the power is also a problem .
As you to check for a used gpu i found a good deal gtx 750ti for $95 but it has only 1 gb gddr5.

and gtx 660ti for $136

THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONSE THOUGH.

I also do not see any direct benchmark comparisons, however, looking at the specification of both cards I would guess that the gt740 will win by a small margin due to higher gpu clock/memory speed. Also, Nvidia cards generally overclock significantly better than AMD cards. I still would recommend saving a little to get the 750 ti.

Is there no workstation GPU in the z600?
