hi

first of all this is the spec of my old pc "stable"
intel celeron 3.0 ghz
2 GB DDR3 ram
ATI 5450 1 GB ddr2
200 watt power supply
160 GB Hdd
asrock G14c-s

after upgrade "many problems"
core2due e8400 3.0 ghz no OC
6 GB DDR3 RAM (4+2)
invidia gt 630 2 GB no OC
480 GB HDD (160+320)
450w power supply
asrock G14c-s

the latest driver installed in both system with windows 7 ultimate
nvidia driver 368.39

the problems after the upgrade :

1- every time i turn on my pc it will run but nothing will show on the screen yet i can hear the sound of login, and it works perfectly when i turn it off and on again (this solution works every time this happened)

2- sometimes when i open firefox i get a black for a second and a message of (display driver stopped responding and has recovered) but it didn't happened once in chrome
and what really made me ask u for a solution that this happen in games ALWAYS
like in league of legends when this happen i can continue playing without any crash
but in every other game but LOL when this happen the game crash and i need to rerun it and wait for it to crash again

3-random pc freez that happen couple of times when i play a game that crashed before

the solution a tried
- trying old gpu drivers
-playing with the register with the TdrDelay
-running games in compatible mode
-lowing the resolution and graphic setting in games
-tweaks in (invidia control panel - 3d global settings )
-uninstalled the gpu driver with driver sweeper and reinstalled it without some unnecessary parts of it (3d vision controller-3d vision driver-physx system software)

sry for the bad english

update: i downloaded windows 10 and now this is the error i get when the game crash
http://driversnest.com/images/Need-for-speed-Rivals-driver-error-and-directx.jpg

here is a thing when i boot up the pc i see in the boot menu 2.04 gb of ram and that means the pc dose not recognize the second stick of ram so i removed and i tested the pc in games and not a single error happened

and here is a thing -again- i ran the Windows Windows Memory Diagnostic on both sticks and one by 1 and it shows that i have memory problem all times

so what is going on ?

the second stick of ram (4gb) cause it

Solution
Oh goody. Thanks for the link.

For some reason my search of the model number did not yield that result...

So your BIOS is up to date...

Please download AIDA64 Extreme. Drop down the Tools Menu on the top, select System Stability Test, check everything except for Stress Disks and run the test for ten minutes. Then take a screenshot of the Statistics tab and reply with it please. You may need to expand the size of the Window (or make if fullscreen) to fit all of the statistics on screen at once.

Update: No need to say "Sorry to bother you". I use this site to escape my boredom, I don't mind at all. Although it is nice to see users that actually express their good manners.

Is it that kind of electricity you get rid off by removing the power cabel and press the power bot for 10 sec ? If yes then i tried that

It could be due to static build up whilst your were touching/building PC

here in syria we don't have grounded line, i'v been using 3-pin to 2-pin adapter my whole life and never caused any problem

Oh... That's not good. I'm not going to ask you to go through the trouble of running a grounding peg to the ground and then to the 3-pin to 2-pin adapter because it's too much work and it's hard to install (simple yet difficult), but that would be the best thing to do to eliminate ESD.
