Does Micro SD card model matter?

Hello!

I am leaving for Italy tomorrow and realised I only have a 4gb Micro SD for my rip off gopro.
Now I was wondering, does the 'model' matter because the 4gb card that came with the action camera looks like This and the one I am looking at buying looks like This. Does the 10 instead of the 4 matter? Does the 1 next to the HC on the newer one change anything? Will it still be compatible?

Solution
They are compatible simply because of their size. They are all Micro SD cards.

The new one, the 32GB, is a class 10. That is great, because sometimes modern cameras take pictuers faster than the card can write them! But you don't have to worry, because even if it is an older device that can't take advantage of the speed - it will still work perfectly fine.

Have fun in Italy!

Solution
Get the class 10 for recording video. It has a faster (theoretical) write speed which should result in smoother video.

HC just means High Capacity.

In this case, the "I" seems to indicate ultra-high speed (UHS) even though the U1 logo is not present. The description indicates it is a U1 card though.
