I have a budget of up to 700€ and I'm thinking about buying the following PC and wanted to know if anyone could give me some advice. Is this Build still worth the price or am I better off just building a new one (probably with an i3 6100 and RX480 or GTX 1060) for about the same price?

I'm especially concerned about the cpu, since I heard of comptability issues with certain games (e.g. Far Cry 4) and I'm worried that there will be more issues like that coming in the future. I want my PC to be able to handle (non-VR) games for the next 3-5 years.
