May i damage motherboard by installing bent CPU ?

Hi guys, i would like to ask if i could damage new motherboard by installing bent CPU I5-6500 as you can see on the picture below.

not that much as is on the picture but one of the edge is slightly bent.

No way it will damage it. You have much higher chance to damage the CPU that the motherboard. Also it's normal for this one. It's Intels fault for the thinner CPU

I want build new pc and use this CPU but i am affraid that i can damage the new motherboard and if the CPU will not be working i will buy the new one.
