I have tried so many things. I tried clearing CMOS, i've unplugged and held power button for a minute, i tried replacing RAM modules with brand new, i replaced graphics cards with a brand new one, i checked if my monitor was broken, i tried a brand new cable, i tried HDMI rather than DP cables, all parts are brand new and i will now list em'.

CPU COOLER: Corsair H100i v2
RAM: 128 Gb DDR4 Kingston SAVAGE
STORAGE: x2 2Tb Samsung 850 pro and x2 3Tb Western Digital caviar Black
CASE: Lian-Li Pc-08
PS: EVGA 1100watt platinum
Please help me, this build took alot of money and anticipation. if necessary I am willing to RMA most of the parts and start from scratch!!!
