R9 380 - GPU Usage spikes.

Are these graphs showing my R9 380 to be running correctly ? I can play for twenty minutes with smooth gameplay and high fps and then it'll become laggy and the FPS drops considerably. The card is only 2-3 days old.

What is the games that do that? Could be bad programming (Skyrim ahem) or GameWorks (Witcher 3 controversy).

Run Unigine Heaven benchmark or 3D Mark. See for drops there. If it drops then your power supply could be too weak

What should I be looking for exactly in terms of drops ? I never used this kind of software before. Keep in mind the screen lag and FPS drops are not as bad since I changed power plans to performance and disabled EPU power saving. I see that I get high FPS for a period and then it seems to throttle as if it was overheating but it's not. I think you could be right about the GPU not receiving enough power.

Power Connectors 6-pin x2

That's 2x75 watts + 75W more from the motherboard.
That's the absolute minimum power required to operate under load. Unless you watch YouTube and Netflix and use Word, Excel etc the GPU will use more than 100Watts

I've fixed the issues. Enabled Performance in BIOS and disabled EPU Power Saving under AI Tweaker, and also I downloaded the latest beta drivers. Running smooth as silk since with no screen lag or massive fps drops.
