GPU fan RPM too high?

So i just bought my 7850 and at idle its 25% and the fans are at 1400 rpm when i play witcher 3 the fans are at 50% temp is 63 degrees and rpm is 2600rpm is it bad? its not very noisy just a bit noticeable without headset are those rpm really high?

Those fan speeds seem fine to me :).
I have my fans on 60-70 when playing to keep it cool.
I dont see a issue unless it bothers you.
