Looking for some help with building my next PC.

Looking for some help in the building of my next PC. What I've been looking at is 32 gb of g.skill ripjaws X series ddr3 ram and a GTX 1070 doesn't matter brand of graphics card. And looking at a i7 6700k processor. And I need help with the rest of the build cause I ain't very good with computer components and would very much like the help. I would like to have a full cooling system so I could monitor everything also. Doesn't have to be a colour scheme. A big computer case is preferred. If there's another part that's better tell me. I live in Canada so prices are very different than in USA. This will be an upgrade from my current computer.

I7 4790
16gb ram

What is the purpose of this PC? Your i7 4790 is still very very strong and upgrading to a 6700k is not going to be a noticeable difference. Neither will going to 32GB RAM from 16GB.

It looks like you just need a better video card if you game.

A couple people have said that they thing my motherboard is alot slower and is a bad combination with the parts that i have. and that first thing i should do is upgrade the motherboard

I completely 100% disagree. Your motherboard is not "slow". It just doesnt support overclocking, but overclocking is unnecessary anyway.

What you need is a better video card.
