Looking for a Good Graphics Card

I am looking for a good graphics card that will give over 150 while recording minecraft gameplay my pc I will be installing the graphics card into is the Dell Inspron 3847 I may be interested into upgrading to a i7 core later on but would like to get the stated fps (or pretty close to) with just stock and graphics card my budget is anything 250 or under I am not against something used or off ebay as long as it is possible for the price to drop down in my price range (I found this) Thanks so much!

is this the ssc though? because the card I listed was the ftw. I don't even know if I have enough power to supply the card with the PC I am using (above) could you maybe recommend a PSU (reveiw's say the card uses minimum 500W I don't know what the PC supply is right now...)
