Ok so i woke up one day to find my monitor looping solid colors. thinking it was my pc causing i unplugged it from the monitor but the problem still persists.
Any ideas?
If disconnecting the monitor from power for thirty minutes and then reconnecting it does not solve the problem, then most likely yes.
If there is a physical power button on the monitor, press it for ten seconds after unplugging it to drain any remaining internal power. Otherwise, unplugging it may not fully reset it.
The problem continued after you disconnected the tower from the monitor? If so, your monitor has just screamed it's last dying wish to be recycled and not thrown away.
