About a month ago my computer started taking longer to startup and would be very slow, also I've noticed I'll have almost constant 60+ CPU and RAM usage although I have little to no programs open. With some games I try to play I will attempt to launch and I'll get stuck with a black monitor that is completely unresponsive to everything besides the restart and power button. Also my mouse isn't as accurate as it should be, sometimes it will stutter when I move it and keep going when I stop, I've tried a different mouse to make sure it wasn't broken and it still was happening. My first thought was a hard drive dying but I'm not sure. If anybody has an idea of what is wrong I would appreciate any help.

Hello,
Actually, last time, I had ever also found my laptop hard drive run extremely slowly and spent even forever to download a video from the internet. But, after searching much related information and asked my friends, I just found it was only because it was filled with too many files. So, I tried to copy most of them to another external drive and fixed it.
So, you may have a try.
