I am looking for something that will be at a cap of $1,500.
I only need everything except the monitor, keyboard and the mouse.
I live in the US if that helps?
Anyways i'm looking for something strong that will run Arma 3,Ark survival evolved and upcoming games i should be able to run them in medium to ultra with 60+ if possible if not 30+ is fine.

Thank you guys
p.s this will be my first ever build.

Solution
What resolution is your monitor? Because for $1500 we can do an i7 and a GTX 1080 easily, but if you're playing at 1080p it's pointless overkill.

I have a Asus 28' 4k monitor.
Also will these specs run arma, ark and upcoming games in 60 fps and higher?

Will this rig be able to run arma, ark and new upcoming games in 60 fps and up?

If you look at all the different game benchmarks (your games aren't in it unfortunately) you'll see that even the 1080 can't average 60 FPS in 4k ultra. But it can do 45+ in most games resulting in very playable experiences. Unfortunately right now the graphics horsepower still doesn't exist to consistently drive 4k @ 60FPS. Perhaps wait for the 1080Ti to be released. You could also look into some SLI setups, but given how poorly optimized most games are for SLI I can't recommend that.
