Will my PC be able to run No Man's Sky?

I have been looking forward to the upcoming game No Man's Sky but i'm a bit worried that my pc wont be able to run it. If not what should i upgrade and what should i upgrade to. I know that my pc is kinda not the best but i dont have endless amounts of money to spend. The setting dont have to be very high but as long as i can run the game im happy.
Here are my current pc parts:

NVIDIA GeForce GT 740
4GB DDR3 RAM
intel pentium g3250 3.2 ghz

I would invest in a 750Ti and another 4GB stick, then I saw you might be able to play at low @ 720p (maybe more?). We don't know how optimized the game is and what 'real' requirements are needed, but that CPU should still be able to manage it, the GT 740.... probably not.
