Pc won't connect to the Internet

One day I logged on to my pc and it said no network access on my task bar I reset my router and modem but I'm stuck and it won't connect

Call your ISP and report a problem.

Could be a problem on their side of things.

If only one of your devices (stated PC) is having the problem then try another known working ethernet cable.

Doublecheck the network adapter card configuration.

Reinstall the network adapter card drivers.

Need to narrow down the problem.
