The parts in this build arent exactly good because its meant to be a PC for my little brother. So I built it and I turned it on and i got 1 long beep and 2 short and there is no video at all. The motherboard is a Foxconn 915 Series and the GPU is the old ATI x1900 PRO.

1 long beep and 2 short = Usually indicates there's a problem with the graphics card (hence nothing on screen).
One possibility is that the ATI x1900 PRO may be the Apple version and compatible only with Mac computers.
Try an alternative card.
