Sorry for the noob question but Im struggling to find an answer, thats not years old.
Can you get any version of windows for free? Its my first time building a pc and I dont even know if the OS comes with the hardware or not. If not do I have to pay full wack for it? Really want to avoid that as Im on a budget.
