Can my PC run Overwatch at 50-60 FPS

I really want to get Overwatch but I want to make sure that my PC can run it reasonably well before I do. Would appreciate any help.

Specs:

Operating System: Win 10

Graphics card: Intel HD 4400

Processor: Intel Core i5 CPU @ 1.6 GHz 4th Gen (Also says 2.30 GHz beside that so I'm not sure which one it actually is)

8 GB memory

I'm assuming this is a mobile CPU running on something like a Dell Inspiron due to the low frequencies and integrated graphics which is exclusive to low voltage machines.
It can not run overwatch at 50-60fps, as even at low it achieves barely playable framerates of 30-40ish with spikes and terrible graphics honestly. It is playable, but not very enjoyably.
