You are advised to stay away from Beta version of BIOS since they are unstable and are merely for those who can provide feedback to Gigabyte to improve upon with code work. Move down to BIOS version FD. I also asked for more details on your memory modules i.e their SKU's. Regardless are the new rams single sided memory modules as opposed to the old ones being dual sided modules? By many times, you did run the test for at least 10 passes right?

If the issue is apparent on both an old and new OS then the issue is with your motherboard's ram slots, the rams or both. Speaking of which does the BSOD occur when you're in BIOS?

1| Can you please state the OS that you're currently running on?

2| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date?

3| Can you be a little more specific on your ram modules by passing on the information of the DIMMS's sticker? It'd help if you could include your former memory module(s).

4| If the issue is only replicated with a web browser have you tried using another browser?

5| You may also want to run memtest86 for at least 10 passes per stick per slot to rule out your culprit within the rams.

6| Lastly, have you populated the rams in the white slots, DIMMS 1 and 2?

Hello... Any time you move/change or Test your RAM, you should do a MB/BIOs CMOS Reset between Tests.

Take your time here and be slow and careful to your MB... look in your MB manual/Pdf for pictures and location of the SW/pins. B )

1) un-plug PS from wall.
2) remove MB battery
3) place jumper pins/switch on MB to clear the capacitors... for ~1 min
4) remove Jumper/switch
5) re-install battery

Look in your manual for the correct RAM slots you want to use/test for "Dual channel" OR "single channel" operation with this MB.

6) re-move and re-seat your RAM stick(s) into the MB slots.
7) plug monitor into the MB video output OR Video card for a BOOT display, And set your monitor for that cable input.
8) plug in PS to wall
9) Boot computer.
