Need help with building a new PC

Hello!

I'm planning on building a new PC to play games without lag, right now I have a crappy laptop.
Currently planning on building this:

Intel Core i3-4170
GeForce GTX 750 2GB
8GB RAM

This is currently the highest I can afford with my budget. Would it be able to run League of Legends on medium-high settings and Rust and Overwatch on minimum settings without any lag?

Ive made couple of changes to the suggested config and added a SSD which is a must in anyone PC.

The RX470 is not yet in the market but should go around this price or slightly higher. Good graphic card for the price.
