pc turn on but no beep cpu fan works and grafics too

Hello,
i dont hear any sounds when
i open my pc my graphic card is new i tried changing memory card slot . my power supply i think is good and the prossesor too i dont know what the problem is because i see that lights but nothing else happens thanks for your help

hello it old but all seams to be ok but no beeps no display no anything . my motherboard is afox ag31-m1 i dont know what the problem realy is and how to fix it

yes but now nothing i dont know what the problem is . gpu is ok all fans ok cpu yes is alright all seems to be ok i dont know i tried to reset the ram and bios i cant find any other solution

my board is afox ag31-m1 and my graphics is nvidia gt 720 gpu is intel 2 duo 3.2 i dont know i tried get the ram of also the battery the graphics too my gpu works the fan also i dont know

I took out my CPU and still nothing but all fans are working . Thanks. For your help I can't find any solution I was going for a format and it freeze I shut it down and that happened
