the motherboard supports that ram. it will run at 2133.
the motherboard supports up to 2133 without overclock.
you can run it at full speed if you overclock

yes. you will be over clocking the motherboard and the memory controller on the CPU to run the RAM at 2400 stock.

I would just use the ram at whatever the motherboard wants it at (2133).
if all the parts are working at the same speed you will get a smoother system. the ram will work just fine at 2133.
