Hi
First, I'm sorry for my bad english...

I'm having a MSI HD7790 OC 1GB. I've replace the original HSF with a much better aftermarket CoolerBoss GFH-409. I've tried to unlock and overclock it as much as possible...
The question is: Is that normal when my card consume 145W?? (or maybe higher when the sensors hadn't been read. I affair it can be out of input power from mainboard and 6-pin). Its designed TDP is just 85W.
And with the aftermarket HSF it still reach maximum at 78*C when Furmark-ing. (about 64*C in gaming)

Can I leave it in that OC state and continue using, or decrease OC params?

My card in OC state:

Core Clock: 1350 MHz (Ref: 1000 MHz)
Memory Clock: 1600 MHz (Ref: 1500 MHz)
Vcore offset: +100mV

Pixel Fillrate: 21,2 Gpixel/s (Ref: 16 Gpixel/s)
Texture Fillrate: 76,2 Gtexel/s (Ref: 56 Gtexel/s)
Bandwidth: 102 GB/s (Ref: 96 GB/s)

Solution
You are pushing it pretty hard so yes it will start using inordinate amount of power, aftermarket cooler or not. You may run into problems with VRM on the card as well as power limits of PCIe slot.

Thank you for your response. I will decrease it to 1250.
