I'm new to building pc, so I don't know which parts I should choose.

Approximate Purchase Date: within the next month

Budget Range: $1500-2000 CAD.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming (Witcher 3, Far Cry 4), video streaming, net surfing.

Buying a Monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: Everything

Buying an OS: Yes, a Windows 7

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Any websites that can ship to Ontario, Canada

Location: Ontario, Canada

Parts Preferences: Intel 7, GTX 980ti, high ventilation and liquid cooling, and silent.

Overclocking: Yes

SLI or Crossfire: A single card.

Additional Comments: Relatively user friendly to build.
Thanks in advance for any tips and builds.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: My previous computer is about 4-5 yr old; it can't game well, and its parts aren't salvageable. I'm looking to build something that can be relatively future proof, yet within budget range.
