Pc randomly shuts down and restarts no bsod

my pc is shutting down by itself randomly from past few days, it just shutdowns(like power is being cut) completely and restarts no BSOD , sometimes while playing sometimes while surfing web... i ran memtest86+ 3 times no errors, cpu temp are fine 55 C on prime 95 2 hours stress, gpu doesnt go over 79 C on FurMark, hhd's temperatures are fine, mobo temp is around 30 C


My specs:
Processor : Intel i7 4790K @ 4GHz no boost
Cooler : Corsair H100i
Graphics Card : Asus NVIDIA 660TI DC2T TOP EDITION
Ram : 4X2 DDR3 Transcend 1333Mhz
MoBo : Asus Z97 Maximus VII HERO
OS : Windows 10 Pro
PSU : Corsair VS650 (4 years old)
HDD : Segate 3TB & Samsung 500GB
UPS : APC RS 1100

That sounds like a classic case of the PSU dropping the load, I'd say the odds are 9/10 that's what you're experiencing with the other 1/10 being something random like a motherboard issue etc.

should i go for a new psu ? i have corsair rm750x on mind since evga supernova750 g2 not available here
