you don't need 32GB ram 16GB is more than good you will need ddr4 not ddr3.
on the CPU get the I5-6600k its a good chip and OC well up to 4.5gz and more with that cooler.
The PSU is over kill some get a good 600w and the GPU is old look for a GTX 1070 more vram on it at the same price point

Are you sure you need overclocking ability? You can save some cash if you go with non K cpus.
