my network problems

my modem has like a 3 small to long horizontal lines lit okay now the regular internet speed of my modem is up to 117kbps to 440kbps now its running 60-70 mbps when i am downloading!!
its always 2 lines only instead of three litted lines.

I am not sure I understand what your problem is? Are you complaining that your modem is downloading faster than what it normally downloads?

what i mean is that my network is downloading slower than what it should be after and this is happening like 2 weeks straight now
